Sienna Martínez Harris is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Emerge Consult with over six years of experience in grants management and organizational development.
She focuses on advancing equity in health, education, and environmental systems, with an emphasis on Latino communities and other historically excluded groups.
Her work includes fundraising strategy, grant development, leadership support, and coalition building. Through Emerge Consult, she helps mission driven organizations strengthen capacity and scale impact.
