Emerge Consult is a Latina-owned consultancy working at the intersection of social impact, health equity, and systems change.

Emerge Consult was founded in response to a recurring challenge across the social impact sector: meaningful, lasting change requires more than a strong mission. It demands intentional investment in community trust, cross-sector alignment, and the infrastructure to turn shared values into coordinated action. Emerge Consult works across sectors, partnering with the full ecosystem of organizations, from community-based organizations and advocacy groups to foundations, academic institutions, healthcare, and public agencies, to build the strategies, systems, and partnerships that make that possible.

Emerge Consult offers a comprehensive range of services including grants management, fund development, organizational strategy, program design, project management, and partnership and coalition building. The consultancy tailors solutions to each client's stage of growth, bringing a hands-on approach that centers equity, community voice, and long-term sustainability.

Before founding Emerge Consult, Sienna Martínez Harris spent nearly a decade leading organizational growth and transformation from the inside, working across nonprofits, academic institutions, and socially responsible businesses. She has guided organizations through major structural transitions, scaled programs to reach tens of thousands of people nationwide, secured over $2 million in funding, and helped build the operational infrastructure that turns promising initiatives into sustainable institutions. Her work advancing equity for Latino and other historically marginalized communities has earned recognition at the local, state, and national level.

Those experiences, grounded in a deep personal commitment to community advocacy and health equity, shape everything about how she leads. Sienna understands the structural barriers that keep under-resourced communities from accessing the systems, services, and opportunities they deserve, and she builds her practice around dismantling them. She brings that lens directly to her clients, offering hands-on support in grants management, organizational strategy, program design, and project management tailored to each organization's stage of growth.
